In a climate of chaos, my work focuses on the quiet moments that often go unnoticed. I am drawn to the spaces between: where the tide meets the shore, where stones collect, where trees stand apart, when strangers help one another. There is beauty in these moments.

Through close observation and visual reduction, I translate these experiences into sculptural reliefs, using wood and color to construct layers and three-dimensional spaces. Light and shadow activate the surfaces over time, encouraging sustained viewing and reflection. The work offers calmness as a gift and is a reminder of strength and the possibility of hope when we connect.
